Collaboration and Talent

Every once in a while… more often than we think, we get together with friends to chat, laugh have a couple of drinks and get rid of our daily stress.
This precious time that we spend doing this, could be used to better activities.  Mmmm… I’m not sure if better, because I laugh my ass off with my friends, jaja.  Anyway, what if we spend an hour a week to share our daily problems, even if those problems seem to be too stupid to be shared?  We could get ideas of how to solve those problems.  We could even get a really good idea to create a business!!  Isn’t it what brainstorming is for anyway?  We used this technique to solve problems at school just to get a grade or pass an exam. We should use this approach to create things that could help our daily lives and perhaps create a successful business.   We definitely need new ideas. I think we are no different of the already successful people that we read about.
I don’t want to be an spectator of life anymore…..

"We are often taught that talent begins with genetic gifts--that the talented are able to effortlessly perform feats the rest of us can only dream about. This is false. Talent begins with brief, powerful encounters that spark motivation by linking your identity to a high-performing person or group. This is called ignition, and it consists of a tiny, world-shifting thought lighting up your unconscious mind:
"I could be them."

Got this from “The Little Book of Talent, Daniel Coyle’s”
